There is great dismay in the village after the fire at the Saint-Cyriaque parish church, a symbol of the local heritage. The fire broke out recently and quickly brought firefighters from the surrounding area to the scene.
According to initial findings, part of the building was damaged, mainly inside. The rapid intervention of the emergency services prevented the flames from spreading further and destroying the building completely. No one has been injured so far, but the material damage is considerable.
