Data controller

Radio Tripoint Officiel, Town hall, 12 Quai des Ducs de Lorraine, 57480 Sierck-les-Bains. Contact : info@radio-tripoint-officiel.fr.

Data collected

The website only collects personal data when you provide it voluntarily:

contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message;
news submission: name, email, phone (optional), town, message and any attachment;
advertising quote request: name, company, email, phone (optional), requirement;
newsletter: email address.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request, to process the information you send or to send you the newsletter. Processing is based on your consent, given via the checkbox on each form. It is never sold or transferred, and never published without your agreement.

The content of forms, including attachments, is delivered to our mailbox by the Resend email service (Resend, Inc., United States), which acts solely as a carrier and makes no other use of it.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

The “Tripo” guide

Questions asked to the guide are sent, without your name or IP address, to the artificial intelligence service Claude (Anthropic, United States) via Vercel AI Gateway, solely to produce the answer; the guide may also run web searches. Radio Tripoint does not keep these conversations: they stay in your browser tab and disappear when it is closed. Do not include personal data in them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@radio-tripoint-officiel.fr. If you encounter any difficulty, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It only uses your browser's local storage for two convenience preferences, which never leave your device: light or dark theme, and player volume.

To understand its traffic (pages viewed, country, device type), the website uses Vercel Web Analytics: cookie-free measurement that records neither your IP address nor any data that could identify you, with aggregated statistics.

Listening to the live stream and podcasts uses the radio's audio streaming server, which, like any web server, receives your IP address during playback. Share links (Facebook, X, WhatsApp) load nothing until you click them.

Maps: the territory map is provided by OpenStreetMap, which sets no advertising cookies. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies: it only loads if you click “Show map”.
